2. What the Service is
StrictlySave is a non-custodial web interface that lets you interact with a smart contract deployed on Base mainnet. You connect your own wallet and sign transactions yourself. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations.
4. No financial advice
StrictlySave does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All information on the Service is for general purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and any losses that may result from using the Service.
5. Smart contract rules
Vaults created through the Service are governed by an on-chain smart contract. Deposits are locked until the unlock date you choose at creation. Early withdrawal is not possible by design. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
6. Your responsibilities
- Secure your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.
- Verify all transaction details before signing.
- Understand the risks of cryptocurrency and smart contracts.
- Pay any network (gas) fees required by Base mainnet.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrictlySave and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds, wallet compromise, smart contract bugs, or network failures.
